REGISTRATION

Registration for Spring: December 1st to January 15th
Registration for Fall: May 15th to June 30th
• Late Registration is only available if space allows and is not guaranteed.
• Practice day/time requests must be made during registration but are not guaranteed.
• All registration must be completed and paid for online. A small service fee is added to online payments. In the event of a refund, the fee is non-refundable. We offer hardship discounts based on our seasonal budget.

Refund Guidelines:

• Drop prior to registration closing: 100% refund
• Drop within 7 days after registration closes: 50% refund
• Drop later than 7 days after registration closes: No Refund
• *Credit card processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

AGE DIVISIONS BY BIRTH YEAR AND COST

Prices have not gone up since Spring 2025

• Pre-School: $90
• Kindergarten - 2nd Grade: $140
• 3rd-4th Grade & 5th-6th Grade: $160 (Rec)
• MSSA (6th-8th Grade): $215 (Competitive)
• HSSA (9th-12 Grade): $215 (Competitive)

PRACTICE AND GAMES

• Spring: Practices start the week after SWCSD spring break; Games start the Saturday after.
• Fall: Practices start in late August; Games start the last weekend of August.
• Times: 5:30pm or 6:30pm.
• Pre-School: 1 practice/scrimmage per week.
• K-6th Grade: 2 practices per week and games on Saturdays (occasionally weekdays).
• Ball Sizes: Pre-K to 2nd (Size 3), 3rd to 6th (Size 4), MSSA/HSSA (Size 5).
• Picture Day: The first weekend of games.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms are ordered each season (socks, shorts, jersey). Please ensure you request the proper size. In the event the vendor is out of stock, a size larger will be sent. When in doubt, order a size larger and verify YOUTH vs ADULT sizes.

MSSA/HSSA INFORMATION

Competitive recreational leagues representing Central Ohio suburbs. Travel required for away games. Home games at Murfin Field.

• Girls: Practices Mon/Wed, Games Wed & Sat.
• Boys/Co-Ed: Practices Tue/Thu, Games Thu & Sat.
• HSSA: Games during the weekend (historically Sundays).
